quilts are EVERYWHERE

I wanted to share something fun with you today. I truly believe that inspiration for quilting is all around us, but let’s just take that back one step further…

Here is a short video of a series of examples I’ve been collecting… Click the picture to watch!

Do you notice quilts everywhere too?

I’m clearly not the only one who has taken note of quilts in children’s books. In fact Suzy of Suzy Quilts has a whole post about the Top 10 Children’s Books About Quilts.

And just to prove it, here’s another list of books for kids all about quilting: Children’s Book List: Picture Books about Quilts

There’s even a two-part blog post on the website quiltfiction.com (yep, that’s right…) all about kid’s books and quilting . But if you’re not into children’s fiction about quilting, Frances of quiltfiction.com has you covered with her fictional series for adults on quilting.

Books are one place I have noticed quilts consistently. I’d love to know where else you have seen quilts.

I’d love to hear from you: what is one place you have noticed a quilt? (and bonus points: did you catch the reference at the beginning of the video?)
