1. PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR
Set a reminder on your phone
Put it in your calendar…
Mark it in your planner…
Write it on a post-it note and stick it on your mirror!
Do whatever it takes to set aside the time for YOUR CREATIVITY.
The only way you are going to show up to do this, is by MAKING the time to do it.
2. COMMIT TO SHOWING UP
Tell your family, tell your friends, make a post on social media declaring to the world that YOU are doing this studio session.
Telling others and speaking it out loud is one powerful way to COMMIT to showing up.
3. SHOW UP!
It might sound simple, but showing up is 90% of the work.
You’ve done EVERYTHING to get here, so now it’s time to show up and GET CREATIVE!
